These are our two different service offerings; Eco is our Basic limited company accountancy package and Turbo is our Premium package.
What’s included in the packages?
If you choose Eco – for just £10 per week Driver Unlimited will:-
- Incorporate your Limited Company on your behalf;
- Assist you with setting up your business bank account;
- Prepare and file your annual Corporation Tax return with the HMRC;
- Access to our user-friendly FreeAgent software via your mobile phone/tablet;
- Send you £25 “Refer a Friend” vouchers every time you recommend a fellow driver that subsequently registers with Driver Unlimited.
If you opt for the Turbo package, for only £20 per week you will receive all of the benefits of Eco, plus:-
- Your monthly payroll filed with HMRC
- Full IR35 status guidance
- Advice on income extraction and how much is available to withdraw from your company each week
- Access to a fully qualified accountant, who will hold regular out of office hours support clinics
- Preparation and submission of your P11D, end of year accounts and Self-Assessment tax return
- Your “Refer a Friend” vouchers will be to the value of £50 as opposed to £25 per successful referral
One of the many benefits of Driver Unlimited is not only affordability with such low weekly fees, but also flexibility – there are no minimum tie-in periods or costly exit fees if you want to leave us for any reason, unlike many of our competitors. It’s because of this that we pride ourselves on our exemplary customer service, as we want to ensure that every driver is completely satisfied with our product and wants to stay!
In the majority of cases, this will be absolutely fine to do, but will have to be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on how much additional work will be required in doing so. Your circumstances will be discussed in full from the outset during registration, so that you are fully aware of which package will be more suitable for your individual needs.
For the most part the answer will be yes, but this will depend on the job that you are performing and ultimately, your IR35 status. Provided that you do not fail the “Supervision, Direction and Control” test, you will be eligible to claim for work-related travel and subsistence expenses (amongst others) for your Limited Company. This will be discussed in full during your registration with Driver Unlimited.
Provided you meet the criteria described above, you will be able to claim tax relief on any expenses that were incurred by your Limited Company solely for business purposes or in the performance of your job. For example, these can include – but are not limited to – your travel to and from work (mileage, public transport etc), subsistence expenses (food and drink purchased during the working day), a percentage of your mobile phone contract, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), training courses such as your CPC courses, truck sat navs, use of your home as your office, stationery and so on.
Please remember that these expenses have to be incurred i.e. you do not received standardised dispensations and your expenses are offset against your tax that is due for that financial year – you do not get refunds!
FreeAgent is a cloud based accounting software used to help make running your business easy and is included as part of the Driver Unlimited Service.
You can log expenses by simply uploading a picture from your phone (via the app) or on a desktop, so no need to scan in all your receipts and post them through to us like in the past. FreeAgent also links directly with your bank account so you won’t even have to send us through statements! To view the software for yourself click here.

Once the driver has successfully signed up with Driver Unlimited and has completed 4 weeks with us, we’ll send the RAF vouchers out to you in the post – it’s as simple as that!
You are free to use any business bank you wish. We work with Cashplus as they are able to open accounts immediately without any lengthy appointments or opening delays. Should you wish to use a different bank please simply let us know.
